Sculpey is one of the oldest names in polymer clay, going back to the late 1960s, and it is made in the United States.

A softener for dry, crumbly clay and a thinner for Liquid Sculpey, in one 1 fl oz bottle. A few drops kneaded thoroughly into firm clay brings it back to a soft, supple working consistency.

It also thins Liquid Sculpey that has thickened — a few drops, stirred gently. The twist cap gives you that level of control.
