Welcome to our new storefront!

You might know that we recently moved our retail store to a new location that had space for both it and our clay warehouse. Because we're gluttons for punishment, we decided to switch our sales platforms (online and in-store) at the same time. 

What does that mean for you, online shopper? Great question, we'd love to tell you. It means a better loyalty program (hooray!) where you don't have to email us to use your rewards points. Previously, we had to use a work-around solution to give you both the current sale discount AND your rewards. But no more! Now you can redeem your points at checkout and still get the current sale discount. We carried over your loyalty points from the old program, and the same tiers apply.

Other than that, not much else has changed. We did our best to make the new online store look as much like the old store as possible, so you don't have to learn a whole new layout. One thing that has changed is that you now get live shipping rates to your area, so you might see a difference in shipping charges there. Orders over $75 are still free shipping though. 

One really cool thing is that we now have all our clay available in our retail store, so you can come in and browse for clay and beads. For anyone who's not local, we're planning to add more of our beads and findings to the website - a lot more - like all of it. (that's a big job though, and it won't be finished for a little while, but keep an eye out for new things being added)

Like any move, there will probably be some hiccups as we get the new system running properly - please bear with us, and if there are any problems, let us know & we'll sort them out as quick as we can.
