Cernit Sparkling is a line of mica powders produced in Belgium by The Clay and Paint Factory. These powders can have anywhere from subtle to very striking effects depending on whether they are applied to light or dark base colors. The Duo line is especially interesting, and will reflect different colors depending on the angle of the viewer.
